Peterloon is the perfect venue for sophisticated social and corporate events. From private celebrations and milestone parties to executive dinners and company gatherings, our estate delivers an atmosphere of distinction and charm. 

With versatile indoor and outdoor spaces, we provide a memorable setting that leaves a lasting impression on your guests.

The back lawn of the Peterloon estate is surrounded by a breathtaking view of the stunning property and has an expansive 55’x100’ hardscape terrace fashioned with attractive pavers that blends seamlessly with the historic appearance of the estate, complete with a walkway leading from the house and an adjacent catering space. The terrace was strategically designed to accommodate multiple sized tents. Whether you are planning a small and intimate outdoor affair or a large celebration, Peterloon can meet your needs. This area is not only perfect for tented occasions but can also be used for open air events and outdoor activities.

Social and Corporate Event Rental Information

Venue Rental includes:

  • Exclusive access to the house and grounds for your event or meeting (6 hours)

  • Peterloon owned tables and chairs for indoor use (up to 125 guests)

  • Limited Wifi (Hotspot recommended)

Pricing:

  • Peterloon Venue Rental: $3,500

  • Other Peterloon Fees: Bar Packages, Liability and Liquor Insurance, and Venue Security (with outdoor amplified music)

Additional services are available through our preferred vendors:

  • Full-Service Caterer and Bartenders (with event staff)

  • Event Parking (shuttle or valet). Required for guest counts larger than 75

  • Tent and Tent Rentals (Required for guest counts over 125)

Other:

  • Peterloon does not provide A/V equipment or services

  • Set-up and tear-down is responsibility of client or caterer

  • Docent is available for $125 per hour
