Tours of the home are available for groups with functions booked at Peterloon.

Outside and Indoor Spaces

Peterloon offers your event or meeting a unique combination of indoor and outdoor spaces.

Most functions take place in the home’s historic living, dining and library rooms.

• The living room is 23’ x 39’ with a wood-burning fireplace. Sixty-four guests can be seated at tables in the living room or the room can be arranged with auditorium seating for 90.
• The dining room is 23’ x 28 with a wood-burning fireplace and seats 32 guests.
• The library with it’s circular stairway and mezzanine level seats 28 guests.
• Outdoors, most functions happen on the great lawn.
• Located just off the terrace, the great lawn is magnificent for tented events. Two-hundred-fifty-plus guests can be accommodated outdoors for tented events. The maximum tent size is 60’ x 100’ plus serving tent and canopy to the main house.

Catering

Kitchen facilities are available for use by approved caterers in keeping with the Peterloon catering guidelines. Tables, chairs, and tableware (but not linens) for 120 can be provided. Any beer, wine, or liquor served on the estate much be purchased from Peterloon.

Parking

Peterloon’s front courtyard provides self-service parking for up to 25 cars and valet parking for up to 40 cars. Additional parking for up to 120 cars is available at the carriage house, approximately one half mile from the main building. Cost for valet parking and/or shuttle service from the carriage house to the main house is the user’s responsibility.

Staff Assistance

Peterloon’s staff is on-site for all events. We’re happy to provide tours during your event. We only ask that you schedule these tours in advance of the event.
